Poor Delivery 12/27/2023

We line 20 mins away, but for one reason or another, we couldn't get to Santa Cruz, we ordered the sticker to be posted, paying >$5 (more than the sticker). We did this on Dec 18th in time for Christmas. It is now Dec 27th and we still haven't received it. I've tried to contact the store, but not getting any replies. For what we paid, I would have expected better service.
