License Plate Frame (Black Palm) "Santa Cruz"
The frame does not accommodate the current California plate size. The plate is just a little bigger than the space the frame provides. It has an obvious rectangle space the plate should fit into, but it doesn't. Good quality otherwise. I just assumed all plates were the same size 12 x 6
